When I decided to start a company in this industry I knew that I wanted to do some things better than other tree services. I had been in the business for nearly a decade when I made up my mind to go out on my own.
I took with me the experience of being the site supervisor, machine operator and an accomplished and expert tree climber and bucket operator. Also from being the company owner’s right-hand-man, I learned a lot about what it took to run a business in this industry. I learned what to do and what not to do. I kept in mind the concerns that the clients have had about things like scheduling, timely phone calls, service provider accessibility, property damage awareness, a phenomenal finished product and most of all a great price.
